Privacy

This site has one form on it. This page explains exactly what happens to what you type into it, and nothing on this site does anything beyond what is described here.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we store:

• Your name and email address, so we can reply.
• Your company and subject, if you chose to fill them in.
• The message itself.
• Your browser’s user-agent string, and a keyed hash of your IP address. The hash is used only to stop one sender flooding the form; we do not store your IP address itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into one.
• The time you sent it.

What we do with it

We read it and reply to it. Messages are stored in our own database, on our own server, and are not sent to any third party, added to a mailing list, or used for advertising. We do not sell data, and there is nothing here to sell.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party trackers. A single cookie exists for the private staff area at /admin, and it is only ever set after someone signs in there.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request tofonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when you open a page. Google receives that request as part of serving the font files.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and deleted when they are not. There is no automatic retention period; if you want your message removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write tohello@untout.com and we will act on it — there is no form to fill in and no process to navigate.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
